Room 1- 11 April

Room 1 made three-dimensional Easter eggs on wood and they enjoyed the hands-on experience. Woodwork is a great way to develop hand-eye coordination and muscular strength.

First, they drew the shape of an egg and hammered the nails around it. After that, they put thread around their egg and decorated using pom poms. Their Easter eggs look very cute.

Play Based Learning - 11th April

On the 11th April 2019 the Bucklands Beach Kindergarten students came to visit the Year 1 classes to experience a day at school. They had so much fun engaging with the Macleans students during the Play-based Learning session. They completed their Must do activities and then moved onto their Wishing activities and thoroughly enjoyed it.
